The area boasts numerous restaurants offering traditional Ladin dishes, giving you an authentic experience. You can savor meals prepared with local ingredients, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the culture of Alta Badia.
Our property is an ideal base for exploring the wonders of Alta Badia and the Dolomites, with easy access to hiking trails, ski slopes, and snowshoeing routes, perfect for every season. A stay here combines comfort with Ladin culture.
Prices
Summer and winter season
Prices, check-in and check-out:
The prices are indicated per person per night, for a minimum stay of 2 nights. During the main tourist season, the apartments are rented only for whole weeks.
In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, will take into account your special requirements.
All prices include: VAT, outdoor parking, ski/bike room with a ski boot dryer, bed linen and towels with daily change, WI-FI connection, private garden and daily room cleaning (except additional cleaning).
The prices do not include the local tourist tax of EURO 2,30 per person (over 14 years old) per night.
For check-in and key collection is made on site.
The apartments are available from 13.00 on the day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure.
The check-in is possible between 13.00 and 19.00 (we kindly ask our guests to inform us in advance, if the check-in is planned outside this time window).
Upon departure, guests are kindly asked to leave their apartment clean and tidy. Whenever extra cleaning is required, the management has the right to apply additional charges.
Booking and cancellation policy:
The booking is considered binding only after the payment of the deposit equal to X% of the entire price of your stay. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation policy:
up to 30 days before arrival: deposit will be retained as cancellation fee;
from 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged;
from 14 to 3 days before arrival: 80% of the total price will be charged;
less than 3 days before arrival or no show: 100% of the total price will be charged.
Payment modes and staying policies:
The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways:
in cash for a total amount of less than € 2.000,00;
by bank transfer (in this case, the entire payment for your stay has to be transferred before your arrival);
by credit card (VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, Euro Card) and/or debit card.
In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed.
Guests are asked to inform the owners about visitors.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Upon prior agreement and surcharge, we accept small pets only in some of the apartments and provided that their owners undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.
During your stay, we reserve one's right to enter the apartments for inspection purposes.
Travel insurance:
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.
